Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for HBS tender project strategic sourcing. This position reports to the G. China Souring Leader. This role includes being the Supply partner for the business team (s) to include process definition, deployment, results and continuous improvement, strategy development and implementation, delivery to an annual operating plan meet company VCM target.Build and execute sourcing strategies? Conduct market researches to understand tender project dynamics on building install and service LOB and provide market insights? Strong project category sourcing mindset and collaboration across the districts, regions, and global. ? HON product Pull Thru enhance project W2W margin and win rate ? Sponsor cross-function teamwork and effective project execution. ? Select and manage required suppliers who have the capability to meet the scope of work and solution subcontract per tender specifications.Productivity/Working Capital? Tender project resource planning and CPQ RFQ verification, terms and conditions? Conduct tender project deck review on supply chain risk and opportunity assessment ? Implement practices to enable processes including e-Auctions of major spend opportunities?
